Candy for your eyes

We make design appealing and functional

Design is more than a combination of beautiful colours, images and flashy elements. Design provides a visual identity, the development of a (brand) strategy and the transmission of a message. But design also offers a helping hand; visual elements help a website visitor to focus on the right parts, but also to quickly find the right way. Our designers are able to create creative highlights, but do not lose sight of the end user and the goal.

Visualization of your brand

Good design can make a brand stand out and visually distinctive. The right branding is always the starting point for this. Branding that matches the identity of your organization, that appeals to the target group and is recognizable. And this branding should be a common thread through all offline and online communications, in order to maximize recognisability.

Together we determine the starting point

Before we create a website or platform, we determine together what the layout will look like. Every page, every function and every user flow must visually connect to your organization and the journey you take your target group on. Do you already have a style? Then that's the starting point. Is there no (digital) corporate identity yet? We can develop it for you. By then working out the most important pages in design, the website really gets a face and it becomes easier to assess the first impression (also seen from the perspective of the potential visitor). Is the page or functionality complex? Then it may be desirable to first create a blueprint, in which we focus on the static representation of the page and omit the visual elements. This helps us to emphasize the right functionalities. At that point the page is designed.

We want to see, understand and test

In order to create a striking and effective design, we use several (research) techniques. We like to check with real users, to understand what they see on a page and how they use a website. We do this during user testing (usability testing). Research into the motives of visitors, the ideal structure of the website and the desired user flow on the website also provide important insights for realizing a suitable design.

Design & technology go together

Have we agreed on the designs? Then we can move on to the next step; the technical realization of the pages and functionalities. The designs serve as the basis for the technical realization. We cut the design into functional blocks and realize the website or platform in phases. In this way we keep a grip on the wishes and the functional requirements and there is room to make adjustments in the meantime.

Total customer experience

All expressions, both online and offline, must appeal to the target group and must match the (brand) values of the organization. By providing insight into all contact moments, measuring appreciation and specifically aiming for improvement, you work towards Total Experience; brand experience at its best, based on customer and employee appreciation.

Total Experience Model

We use our Total Experience Model for this, which shows customer journey, touchpoints and key moments at a glance, supplemented with (real-time) insight into employee and customer appreciation. The model provides concrete tools for improving the customer journey, with customer appreciation as the most important indicator.
